INFORMATION ON DEADLINES, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Because each order has custom and/or custom parts and components, it typically takes 2-6 weeks for the order to be available and ready to ship.

Upon receipt of your order on our site, we will inform you by e-mail of the corresponding deadline, before you proceed to payment and confirm your order.

We use COLISSIMO for shipping, available worldwide. A tracking number will be provided allowing tracking to destination. Transport time varies depending on the country of delivery and is between 2 and 10 working days, from the day of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: For certain orders, depending on the items chosen and the country of delivery, a second delivery option may appear which corresponds to sending by standard registered mail. The delivery time is then much longer and can exceed 3 weeks. If this option is available when ordering, the 2 possible options will automatically appear during the order validation process and the customer will be able to choose one or the other option.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They vary depending on the total weight of the products chosen and country of delivery. The price will be automatically calculated and will be visible during the order validation process on our site, once the delivery address has been entered.

Particular care is taken in the packaging and protection of the items. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transport.
